Swedish Riksbank unanimous in Feb 14 decision to hike repo rate
STOCKHOLM (AFX) - The minutes from the Riksbank’s February 14 monetary meeting show the board was unanimous in its decision to hike the repo rate 0.25 percentage points to 3.25 pct.
The members agreed that an increase in the repo rate of 0.25 percentage points was the most reasonable decision given the country’s continued good levels of economic activity, and rising inflation.
